Please bring a list of medication if you are taking any and be prepared to provide your previous medical or surgical history. If you have them and if they are relevant bring scan/MRI reports. You may also wish to bring shorts and t-shirt.

If we are treating your feet you will not be asked to undress but if we are treating your spine, you will. So please feel comfortable and wear modest underwear and even a pair of shorts is appropriate.

No, physiotherapists can assess and treat without referral by a doctor and can liaise with your doctor when required throughout your treatment. If you are not sure or would like more information please do not hesitate to call us on 0214812665 and we can discuss this with you further.

Treatment duration depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors. Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress and your physiotherapist can communicate with your GP or other health & fitness professionals if required to help you achieve your goals.
