We have West Cork’s leading Recovery Room in our Clonakilty Clinic to help you feel your best. Our Recovery Room includes a CryoSpa Sport Cryotherapy Pool, an InfraRed Sauna, a Jacuzzi, NormaTec Compression Boots, massage guns and foam rollers.
Our Cryotherapy Pool contains Epsom Salts, Premium Grade Pure Dried Vacuum Salts and water. The water is chilled down to 3’C. The pool has water jets which move around the salts and water in order to experience optimal therapeutic effect. The cryo pool can house up to 4 people at the one time. Our InfraRed Sauna has benches either side of the door to allow up to 4 people to use the sauna at once. Our jacuzzi is used hand-in-hand with our cryotherapy pool to optimise hot and cold therapy to help you back to your best.
We have 5 sets of the top of the line compression boots. These compression boots help to reduce build up of lactic acid and reduce DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness).
Our Cobh premises also provide compression boots, foam rollers and massage guns.
