I joined the Optimum Physiotherapy and Recovery team in August 2024. I help the team with administrative duties, and lend a Sports Science perspective when needed.
I am currently doing a masters degree in Physiotherapy, and I am gaining first hand experience from the wonderful Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists and Physical Therapists on our team.
I qualified as a Sport and Exercise Scientist from SETU Carlow in June 2024, and I am now expanding my knowledge even further in a Masters programme in UCC.
My hobbies include horse riding, running and going on coffee walks.
