I’m a qualified Neuromuscular and Orthopaedic therapist with a passion for helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. I have experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, I’m interested in myofascial triggerpoints, pain, health and longevity. I work with a lot of teams and have been with UCC Rugby for the last two seasons. I have a personable approach and I’m interested in helping people achieve their goals in health or performance. When I’m not working, I’m either running (mostly from my problems, but I do the odd race too) or fishing.
